When education changes, people change. When people change, the future of businesses changes.

  • 2020 | First prize, National Japanese Speech Contest for International Students

  • 2025 | Minister of Foreign Affairs Award, 64th National Speech Contest for Foreign Residents
  • 2026 | Appointed Representative Director of SKILL BATON

From international student to CEO. I came to Japan nine years ago as a student. In an unfamiliar language and culture, I worked part-time, then as a full-time employee, manager, and general manager before becoming Representative Director.

We do not want to be a company that simply introduces global talent. By building education and trust, we aim to support people from their first connection through long-term success.
